today's training was... FUN!
had alot of fun playing 'handball'.. hehe BEST
next, do some drills.. etc..etc..
n finally, MINI GAMES!!! woohoo!!! :)
some fell ( like teletubbies ) HAHA
after game, stretched down n dat's all.. :)
