Had training today. Yeap it started around 2.15pm. Waited for Mr Farhan to open the indoor sports hall. Then went in and started to put the boards. There was like a few people only to help with the boards. Done with the boards, played shooting and then started to warm up. During the warm up thing, some started to joke around with Mindy but suddenly, she cried. Ok! Back to the story. After warming up, did some pushing and slapping with the ball.

Around 3.30pm, coach came. He was in a bad mood. Did around 1 to 2 drills then started playing mini games. YES! Super tired! During the first game, line 1 and 2 had to do 20 push ups because we are not serious during the training. WTH! Carried on with the game then amalia have to do 20 push up, I'm not sure what she did but I pity her. Continued with the game.

After the last match, stretch down. Pack up the boards and get going!
